Environment and energy ministers from the Group of 20 countries met in Karuizawa June 15-16. EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler wrote, “I am pleased we came to consensus on both communiques as well as a marine plastic litter framework and resilient infrastructure consensus. In all a great success.”
