Appointments are available Monday-Thursday, 8-11:30 a.m. and 1-3 p.m., except on Japanese and U.S. public holidays. The ACS section will be closed to the public on Fridays (except for emergencies).

Each family member seeking a service related to passports or birth registration should make an individual appointment. At the time you receive your appointment confirmation page to print, you also will be offered the option to make a separate appointment for another individual.

The scheduled appointment will be automatically canceled for the applicant who arrives one hour or later than the appointed time. The applicant will be required to make a new appointment via our website.

For Osaka-Kobe

Non-emergency services are by appointment only.

Note: For notarial services, please select “Schedule an appointment for any passport services …” and write “Notarial service requested” in the “Name of non-applicant …” field in your request. Currently no slots are utilized for “Schedule an appointment for notarial services.”
